Hiking in the Mountains
Its fur can be described as honey-roasted nuts. The ground shook beneath me, its paws galloping and slamming the ground as it chased up to me. "SHITTTTT," I thought to myself as I ran. Ah, yes, "shit" can also be used to describe the color of the bear's fur as well. I was already really tired from hiking for two hours on this mountain nonstop. My lungs were burning as if I was breathing in smoke. Sweat stung my eyes, but it was adrenaline that was keeping me from passing out. Oh yeah, plus the loud grunting and the crunching leaves from the bear steps were telling my entire body. If I stop, I will definitely die. I kept running while all the trees blurred past, and then suddenly the trees opened to reveal a huge entranceway. I didn't care or was prioritizing my survival before the details. I ran straight towards the entrance, and suddenly everything turned black as I turned black as I headed deeper. I took a peek behind me to see if the bear was still behind me, and it completely disappeared. I put my hands on my knees and heavily breathed, trying to catch my breath while looking down at the floor. After a while I was careful not to make any noises while trying to scope the area of the entranceway, then a warm droplet landed on my head. My head felt slimy all of a sudden, like glue fell onto my head. I blinked and slowly looked up and . CHOMP. I jolted awake, sweat pouring down my head, hot air floating around my room. Head was throbbing in pain. sighed, It was a nightmare. I looked at my clock on my desk beside my bed as it read 4:00 AM. "Damn, I need to get ready for tomorrow's hike," I muttered.
