The specimen seems to be in a state of paralysis, this is most likely because of the frozen state it was put in while in transit to the new facility. We received it 10/20/20XX. We will keep monitoring it.

Since the 20th the specimen has been active, watching it has been very eye opening on how these creatures behave.

Check In NO. 10

The plant creature has grown at an alarming rate. We aren’t sure if that’s because of this planet or just how they grow on their native one. It has grown teeth however. Like a Venus flytrap but with an actual mouth.

Check In NO. 20

The plant has grown out of control. It took one of the scientists hand of while he was working on his observation. It has since broken out of the containment we put it under and is now loose in the facility. I’m not sure if there will be a next check in. So in case anyone finds this, I hope you managed to take it out. If not, it’s weakness is surprisingly ice, we crafted some ice traps and such. They are locked in the armory. Best of luck.
