POEM STARTER

“Clouds cover the skies, rain pulls at your eyes,
but nothing hurts as much as little words turned lies'
Use this stanza as either part of, or inspiration for a poem.
I Want To Scratch Out Your Eye.
Up in the clear blue highs,
The sun glimmers in the skies,
But nothing shines as much as your eyes.
With eyes that hold beauty,
are smiles that turn sly.
Along with your cunning laugh,
that makes me want to die.
Those exquisite eyes,
those deceitful bloody eyes.
Clouds cover the skies,
rain pulls at your eyes,
but nothing hurts as much as little words turned lies.
I want to scratch out your eye.
Maybe then you’ll fucking cry.
(I know it’s a shit poem, just getting back into this.)
