I prayed this was one of my smaller mistakes,

a fool’s treaty to the ears of A Wise King,

the sheep wanders into the heart of a pack of wolves

an effort to evade the Sheppard,

Thinking, Finally I’m safe——He will never find me here

And just as the wolves close in

In runs the blazing sun, staff breaking

the skulls of the dark dogs

blinding them, placing their bones
