The mirror holds fallacy,
It shows only what we want to see.
And not the softness unto which we plea,
My heart starts to ache.
I want this mirror to crack,
And take all of it back.
Without what i lack,
For my soulβs sake.
The reflection is not true,
It shows only one hue.
And one lens to see through,
For my mind is awake.
In the end i define this life,
And I choose without strife.
Before doubt is rife,
Into this love i do slake.
