Dead roses

It’s that time of the year where it’s cold and lonely and seasonal depression hits me harder than the cold wind outside. My boyfriend knows I have seasonal depression so one random day he dropped off some pretty light pink roses. A few weeks later I was feeling a little bit better so I decided to get up and clean, while I was cleaning I glanced over at my dinning room table and the roses caught my eye. Although they were dead and dry and there was dead rose petals on the table they still looked so beautiful to me because although they were dead our love wasn’t and the roses shined bright with love, so I decided to grab my resin and put a single dead rose in it to make a beautiful key chain for him to show him that even though the roses are dead they still shined bright with our love.

This is a such a sweet story, great work! Since you’re looking for feedback regarding grammar/punctuation, I noticed that the last line felt like a run-on sentence. Maybe it could be revised like this:

Although they were lifeless and dry, and petals laid crumpled on the table, the roses still looked beautiful to me. They still shined bright with our love. They were dead, sure, but our love wasn’t. So I decided to grab my resin and preserve a single rose inside of it, which I then turned into a beautiful keychain for him.
