All children are stolen by the government at birth. Parents protest but it is in vain. No matter what the child is took from the family and not set free until eighteen years of age. Some mothers run away with their children, to keep them from being taken from them.

No one knows where they take the children or why. But the birth rate is declining because parents don’t see any point on having children if they can’t even keep them and raise them.
