Misunderstood
Air that breathes
that laughs,
that speaks.
It dances and plays
along the streets.
A silent song,
a quiet hum—
It spreads,
expands,
to and from.
Fog is often misunderstood.
It’s not a creature lurking in the wood.
It smiles at you
with a misty grin—
a blur of breathing air,
frolicking in the wind.
