Standing at five foot three Richard is not the tallest of his men but he is the man in charge and not afraid to fight. He never backs down from a confrontation even if it’s a losing battle. He is always planning ahead but sometimes underestimates his opponents. There have been many times his crew has had to bail him out of a tight spot but if the roles were reversed he would do the same for everyone of them. Both of his parents died at a you g age leaving him to fend for himself and learn how to be self reliant.
