Day one of translation, line by line:

Line 1:

"i opened my tired eyes, this cave has been cold since you left"

Line 2:

"this place is but dust and hopes now"

Line 3 i could not translate but the feeling is that the 'partner' may have passed, it was a scrawl of such despair that the coal the inscription was written in with was sullied with both blood and tears.

Line 4: partial translation as the individual recovers from the above tragedy.

"my heart is healing, i feel the air again..."

Line 5:

"tomorrow i will venture out of this cave, my heart does not deserve the cold of this cave"

Line 6: this was the last line i could translate before the project deadline, i will try and finish this important work after i have submitted this current batch of translations:

"i stood at the entrance to the cave, i saw a bright colour on the horizon, my eyes are still tired but i feel the warmth on my skin, i feel life return to my heart, i deserve this warmth"

Translation notes: the current batch of lines garners little in terms of context of what has happened, i hold hope that the remaining lines reveal to us the events that led to the above, thank you for your patience in this project.
